Saeed Gharnagh – CEO

As Chief Executive Officer and President of Rules Cube, Saeed is a digital transformation expert and business process innovation champion. Throughout his career, Saeed has led 30+ successful Pega implementations by working at Pegasystems Inc., TD Bank, and RBC. Among his biggest accomplishments, Saeed has designed an internal system that currently supports over 300 process and 70,000 users at RBC using Pega Platform. Saeed has subsequently worked for 8 years as an executive consultant advising different Canadian financial institutions on their digital transformation strategy. In 2013, Saeed founded Rules Cube, a privately-held, global consulting business with the vision of bridging the gap between business and technology by guiding clients through their digital transformation journeys. Saeed is closely involved in the deployment of the company’s projects as part of his commitment to client success.

Amit Yadav – COO

As Chief Operating Officer and partner, Amit is a thought leader and knowledge expert in the field of process optimization and business architecture. Prior to joining Rules Cube, Amit has 9 years of experience in architecting, designing, and implementing transformational projects with Pega Platform at three major Canadian financial institutions (CIBC, RBC, and Scotiabank). Among his biggest accomplishments, Amit was the main architect for a new contact centre platform at Scotiabank that allowed a smooth onboarding of the Mastercard Portfolio. Additionally, Amit has worked as a software engineer and business process management consultant for various technology companies, including IBM. At Rules Cube, he oversees the operations of the company at the global level and ensures the successful execution and delivery of digital transformation projects.

Sam Gharnagh – VP and Head of Sales & Operations

As Vice President and Head of Sales & Operations, Sam is an expert in adapting client requirements to IT solutions to foster future-ready digital transformations. With over 15 years of experience in supply chain management, technical consulting, and application development, Sam has continuously worked with clients on their challenges through all phases of business process management and planning. He is well-versed in a variety of industries, including financial services and insurance, with proven skill set to quickly adapt, learn and apply new technologies as well as design solutions to overcome day to day business problems. As for his greatest accomplishment, Sam has led the design and implementation of a Statistical modelling application in R to better allocate inventory and disaggregate forecast for a $4B semiconductor company. At Rules Cube, Sam manages client relationships to deliver high quality results and build rapport for future engagements.

Gabriel Franch – LATAM Regional Head

Gabriel Franch is a seasoned digital transformation leader with over 20 years of experience across consulting, hospitality, technology, automotive, and finance sectors. Known for driving impactful, high-complexity projects throughout Latin America, he merges innovation with a focus on sustainable growth to deliver exceptional results. Gabriel has a solid track record of designing digital solutions that streamline processes and raise industry standards. Having collaborated with multinational corporations, he offers a strategic approach to innovation and project management. Fluent in multiple languages—including Spanish, English, French, Catalan, Portuguese, Icelandic, and Italian—Gabriel excels at building strong relationships and tailoring solutions to diverse cultural environments. As a tech enthusiast and entrepreneur, he devotes his free time to developing ideas that improve efficiency both professionally and personally.
