“On the road to achieve digital transformation with Pega Platform, companies are continuously in need for certified and experienced Pega professionals to ensure proper deployment and effective utilization. External recruitment can be expensive, while development of in-house resources is usually prolonged and ineffective without the appropriate guidance.”
– Saeed Gharnagh, CEO at Rules Cube
Rules Cube’s Mentorship Program is designed to enable companies to successfully grow their internal resources to become Pega certified professionals. With the goal of helping clients get the maximum benefits out of their BPM technology, the program focuses on teaching the intricacies of Pega Platform and ensures the participants become self-sufficient. The duration of our mentorship journey depends on the size of the development team and complexity of the Pega deployment, but can typically range between three to six months.
Our customized Mentorship journeys consist of one or more of the following:
Participants Identification
Platform Cross-Training
Instructor-Led Training
Status and Monthly Reporting
Certification Assistance
Having successfully hired and trained certified Pega professionals, Rules Cube understands the specific skills required to become a successful Pega expert. We look at the skillsets and characteristics of each potential participant to ensure they are suitable candidates. Therefore, our mentors can aid our clients in identifying the individuals best fitted for the Mentorship Program.
In a typical project, team members are often trapped in cycles working on the same tasks. Our mentors work closely with the project’s Lead System Architect (LSA) to ensure mentees are assigned different Pega topics to increase their Pega exposure and experience. As the mentees get up to speed, we help them with their new responsibilities to ensure there is no impact to the project timeline, allowing the LSA to stay focused on the daily activities.
In addition to having a mentor, Rules Cube offers additional support by providing an instructor for new or advanced topics. The instructor walks the team through the material and uses real-life examples for a deeper understanding. The mentees learn the concepts as well as technical details, thus becoming well-versed in the subjects covered. The process ultimately helps streamline the learning curve associated with new design and implementation activities.
Our mentors work closely with the mentees and are fully aware of their capabilities, skillset and progression in the program. By arranging ongoing mentoring sessions, we continuously review the mentees’ learning path and coach them with their Pega learnings. The progress for all mentees is collected and prepared in a report card format, which can be shared with participants and the program’s steering committee as well as management.
Throughout the program, our mentors determine when the mentees are ready to become Pega certified professionals and actively assist them in preparing for the certification process. By means of focus sessions and sample exam questions, we help improve participants’ confidence and readiness for a successful certification exam.
