Platform Installation
As Pega solutions can run on several cloud platforms, Rules Cube recommends the most suitable one based on our clients’ requirements. Regardless of whether Pega SAAS, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or Oracle Cloud is used, we are able to quickly install a Base Pega Application that contains the clients’ reusable rulesets and specific properties. This one-time set-up allows users to easily establish new cloud environments in future projects.
Application Migration
While every migration is different, Rules Cube ensures all clients’ applications, data, and environments are migrated smoothly. To achieve this, we perform a thorough evaluation of the business needs, desired features, and target functionalities to design a suitable approach. After establishing the infrastructure and connectivity, we package our clients’ applications and data to migrate them into the target Cloud environments.
Security Policies Execution
Rules Cube’s cloud experts carefully identify security and compliance requirements for both the clients’ infrastructure and their customers’ data. With the goal of reducing the risk of data breaches and privacy fines, we recommend industry best practices based on the company’s own security policies for various data sets. We continuously work with our clients to categorize the corresponding data, migrate it, encrypt it when necessary, and destroy it if not needed.
Regression Test and Performance
As the migration takes place, Rules Cube’s strategy includes several rounds of testing to validate the functionality of the application. By performing regression tests, we identify the required remediation changes that are needed in the Pega Cloud Services environments before proceeding to the migration and Go-Live phase. End-to-end functional testing and performance testing are also critical to ensure all components work well together and the system meets the required performance levels.
Monitoring and Health Check
After the Go-Live phase, Rules Cube implements monitoring and provides continuous support to ensure the stability of the application. As the project comes to an end, we help our clients learn how to properly monitor the responsiveness, throughput, stability, and availability of their environments to diagnose system health issues. However, when necessary, our experts remain ready to assist in analyzing any reported issues for better application performance.
